But what can I do?
It's one of the most common questions people ask about climate change — and a good one. Climate action can mean so many different things, from changing everyday habits to speaking up, influencing decisions and working together for bigger changes.
But not all actions contribute to climate change in the same way or to the same extent. Some directly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Others help shift the decisions, policies, investments and social norms that shape our collective future.
At Divers for Climate, we've drawn on climate research and behavioural science to bring together actions that can make a meaningful contribution, while recognising that what works for one person might not work for another.
There isn't one perfect action for everyone. The goal is to find a meaningful next step that fits your circumstances — and discover possibilities you might not have considered.
Find climate actions that fit your interests, experience and circumstances.
